Industrial production Czech Republic down in May

The Czech Statistical Office reported that industrial production in the Czech Republic fell 22% annually in May, adjusted from a 21.7% decline gauged on June the 30th, while industrial production in April dropped 22.1%. Industrial production fell 20.1% year-on-year in May, after revising for working day effects, while it dropped month-to-month, seasonally revised, by 2.1%.

Value new orders

In May new orders devalued by 27.8% annually as industrial sales decreased 23.4%.

Construction output

Construction output at unchanged prices fell 2.1% annually in May, while after adjusting for working day effects it dropped 1.2%. In relation to the prior month, construction output after seasonal adjustments, fell 4.1%.
