Notaro Care Homes group fights slump by £5m expansion

Nunzio Notaro, managing director of Notaro Care Homes group, stated that the care home group is preparing an expansion in Weston, with a value of £5million, in order to ‘beat the slump’.
The care home group builds out its dementia care facilities in Weston, which are outdated, while the Clarence Park care home will be refurbished.

Notaro Care Homes group

The head of Notaro Care Homes group said that the care home group wants to contribute to the increasing need, as it also aims on stimulating Weston’s economy. “We want to meet the urgent and long-term care need by offering high quality up to date and comfortable accommodations. The rising need for support and care homes has not declined as a result of the economic recession. We create local employment but we also provide facilities and help for people who need this care. Furthermore, by extending our business activities, we will create more employment, as we also contribute to beat the economic slump.”

More than £5million

After the renovations, the units of the Clarence Park accommodations will be opened on December 1, and will offer 24-hours services to 14 vulnerable people.
Notaro also commented: “We all wish the best care for our own family, and for that reason our company policy is to combine modern accommodations with client-centered care services. Consequently, our scheduled growth in the next year will cost more than £5million.”

Open day and coffee morning

The Notaro Care Homes group possesses four care accommodations in Weston and ten in the South West as a whole.
After the opening of the Clarence Park renovated units on December 1, an open day and coffee morning, from 11.00 until 16.00 will be held.
